Triplex Cinema presents One Big Home

Triplex Cinema will screen the documentary One Big Home on February 7 at 6:30pm. This film, twelve years in the making, follows one carpenter's journey to understand the trend toward giant houses. When he feels complicit in wrecking the place he calls home, Thomas Bena takes off his tool belt and picks up a camera. Bumping up against angry homeowners and builders who look the other way, he works with his community and attempts to pass a new bylaw to limit house size.

After the viewing of the film, there will be a question-and-answer period with Thomas Bena, the director, Chris Murphy, film subject and Tim Geller, Executive Director of the Community Development Corporation of South Berkshire.
