Post-screening Q&A panel discussion featuring film subject Steve Bernier and Director Thomas Bena

The Woods Hole Public Library is hosting a screening of the documentary One Big Home on January 5 at 3pm. This film follows one carpenter's journey to understand the trend toward giant houses. When he feels complicit in wrecking the place he calls home, Thomas Bena takes off his tool belt and picks up a camera. Bumping up against angry homeowners and builders who look the other way, he works with his community and attempts to pass a new bylaw to limit house size.

After the viewing of the documentary, there will be a question-and-answer period with Director Thomas Bena and film subject Steve Bernier.
